Individual Counseling

Individual Counseling Sessions are offered to help start your wellness journey. Reach to verify your benefits, and in network with a variety of the major insurance carriers in North Carolina. Affordable Self-Pay option is available. *Not in-network with Medicaid at this time.
Couples Counseling
$160
Connection is both previous and challenging. I will work with you and your partner to help gain a solid understanding of the patterns we repeat, to help you two have more ease and joy in your relationship. Couples Counseling is out of pocket.
Clinical Supervision
$75
Clinical supervision is a process of providing training, oversight, and education by a licensed clinician to a clinical supervisee. Supervision takes the form of regular meetings between the supervisor and supervisee to discuss details regarding session content, develop and refine clinical skills, and process difficult or stressful components of clinical training. Supervision is an essential component of one’s professional development and occurs throughout the duration of training. All counseling boards recognize the value of supervision so much, it is a requirement to obtain full licensure or be rostered in specific modalities.
